Rita In Spring

 So I was sitting at my computer (I suppose obviously), looking at some wonderful pictures of some of the most iconic stars in their personal lives, or really just wearing more casual clothing. And of course, they look gorgeous, put together, and fit for whatever occasion, in true bombshell style. And then a moment of divine intervention came to me; Why can't I dress like that?? And then I realized, I can. And, so can everyone else. And then god created polyvore, and the rest is history :) 

 

Really, these outfits are very simple to recreate, and under no circumstances do I plan to buy the exact items, mostly because they're very expensive, and that's really not the idea of my little project here. So these sort of items you can find at home, or buy from forever21 for 20 dollars instead of 200 :)

That Time of Year Again (aka Me and a Tree)

Yes, it is that time when the trees are just so full of petals that they have to come down somehow. But how you ask? Well they trickle down, like little raindrops every time the wind blows, or someone comes and shakes them. Maybe not rain... a little more like snow... warm snow...

Falling In Love

If you've ever been in love, these lyrics, and this video, ring true in every way. This version of Bewitched from Pal Joey is different than the usual one, since they changed the lyrics a bit. Although Rita is dubbed, she is still fantastic and enchanting. There is just something about her in this that you want to emulate, and learn how she does what she does. I absolutely love the set in the video too, with that amazing bathroom and bedroom. Honestly, I don't think there's anything about it I don't like! haha. But Rita really does just ooze innocence and sophistication at the same time, making for a wonderful, bewitching preformance.
